Founder
Michael Stanley brings 25 years of financial acumen and leadership to Formline. As CFO/COO/CRO, Mike has worked for businesses of all sizes and stages, from start-ups to established public entities, including work with CEOs and Boards to: develop strategic plans, and in-depth business models, raise equity and debt capital, complete M&A transactions and structure business operations. Mike started Formline to demonstrate how the application of expertise in operational fundamentals can dramatically accelerate growth and efficiency, ultimately resulting in a material positive impact to enterprise value.
